چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف طراحی الگویی نظری برای تحلیل فرآیند تکوین، تثبیت و تحول سازمان‌های محلی مشارکتی انجام شده است. این مطالعه در پاسخ به محدودیت رویکردهای عقلانیت‌محور و کارکردگرا در تبیین پویایی‌های نهادی و درون‌سازمانی کنش جمعی، با تکیه بر نهادگرایی برساخت‌گرا، سازمان را به‌مثابه میدان چندلایه‌ای از کنش، معنا، گفتمان و ساختارهای نهادی باز می‌فهمد. در این راستا با مرور انتقادی ادبیات نهادگرایی برساخت‌گرا، مفاهیم کلیدی چون نهادینه‌سازی، مشروعیت، گفتمان و عاملیت استخراج و در قالب الگویی تحلیلی سامان‌دهی شده‌اند. الگوی پیشنهادی، با تلفیق تحلیل روایت‌محور و سه‌سطحی‌سازی ساختاری، کنشگرانه و گفتمانی، امکان بازسازی فرآ یندهای نهادی در سازمان‌هایی را فراهم می‌سازد که در بسترهای تاریخی–اجتماعی خاص و تحت فشارهای متعارض نهادی عمل می‌کنند. این رهیافت نه‌تنها سازمان را به‌مثابه موجودیتی برساخته اما نهادینه‌شده می‌فهمد، بلکه با پیوند سطح خرد و کلان، تحلیلی پویا، معناساز و زمینه‌مند از کنش جمعی و تحولات نهادی آن ارائه می‌دهد. الگوی پیشنهادی می‌تواند در مطالعه‌ی سازمان‌های محلی با ساختار مشارکتی، اشتراک منابع و منافع و تنوع گفتمانی به‌ویژه در جوامع در حال گذار به‌کار گرفته شود.

چکیده [English]

This study aims to develop a theoretical framework for analyzing the processes of formation, stabilization, and transformation of participatory local organizations. Conducted in response to the limitations of rationalist and functionalist approaches in explaining institutional and intra-organizational dynamics of collective action, the research draws on constructivist institutionalism to reconceptualize the organization as a multilayered field of action, meaning, discourse, and institutional structures.

Through a critical review of the constructivist institutionalist literature, key concepts such as institutionalization, legitimacy, discourse, and agency are identified and integrated into an analytical model. The proposed framework combines narrative-based analysis with a three-level perspective—structural, agential, and discursive—enabling the reconstruction of institutional processes in organizations operating within specific socio-historical contexts and under conditions of conflicting institutional pressures.

This approach not only understands the organization as a constructed yet institutionalized entity, but also offers a dynamic, meaning-oriented, and context-sensitive analysis of collective action and its institutional transformations by bridging micro- and macro-levels. The proposed model is particularly applicable to the study of local organizations characterized by participatory structures, resource and interest sharing, and discursive diversity, especially within societies undergoing transition.
