Iranian sentiments and the development and backwardness are the focus of the upcoming article. According to the general belief and what is generally believed and shown, especially in scientific products, the Iranian sentiments as an independent variable has negative characteristics that are always a roadblock in the path of various types of development, and this has gone so far that it is recognized as an assumption. This is the fact that many assumption breaking elements can be presented. On this basis, the basic question of this research is that what the position between "Iranian sentiments" in the issue of "Development" is? To answer this question; we used a three-level model. The first level deals with the effects of sentiments on development. The second level uses 10 assumption-breaking items to pose question about Iranian sentiments as an independent variable, and the third level advances institutionalism as a level of integration, where Iranian sentiments are classified into the dependent variable of development. In the end, this article concludes that Iranian sentiments do not have an essential influence on the process of development, but there is a kind of connection between them that is influenced by the institutions, and this connection changes with the institutional changes.

According to the prevailing approach to development, the path of growth, at various micro and macro levels, is through production and focus on high value-added industries such as cultural industries.Planning and management in the process of production, distribution and consumption of cultural products is one of the most well-known and important tasks of governments in the world, which is considered as the main axis in the development of Economics of culture(DOEC).Government role-playing in EC needs characteristics to facilitate the development process. One of the most important of these indicators, which is based on the existence of institutional infrastructure, is the combined indicators of good governance(GG).The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between GG indicators and the DOEC of countries.Using the method of comparative-quantitative analysis among 20 developed and developed countries in EC and Iran, the DOEC and GG has been studied. The results show that Iran's DOEC and GG indicators are far from developed and developed countries and this indicates the underdevelopment of Iran's EC. Also, the results of correlation analysis and multiple regression show that there is a direct relationship between the index of GG and the DOEC of these countries with an acceptable intensity(R2 = 0.50).

This study was conducted by analyzing the secondary data of 118 border cities. The research period includes the trend of migration changes based on census data during the period 1390-1395. To prove the research hypotheses of the Topsis analytical model of Border Cities Development Index, Pearson and regression tests, General Moran tests, Spatial pattern based on hot spots and Cluster analysis is used. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between immigration, net migration, gross migration and development of border cities. Developments are able to account for more than 19 percent of the net migration changes in these cities. Also, the two-way matrix cluster test of the variables of development and net migration indicated that often borderline cities are immigrants and in terms of development, they are in the third and fourth clusters (the lowest level of development). The findings also showed that immigration continued to be a centralized pattern in Iran and Iran's border cities are the most important migrant cities to the more central and more developed provinces of Iran. The net rate of migration tends to concentrate or cluster in space.

Iran is facing a problem of underdevelopment with regards to the Economics of Culture (EC) and is far from developing, developed, and even similar countries in this regard. EC develops with maintained order on the components of the economic, cultural, social and political subsystems and their relations with each other and as a result of quantitative and qualitative growth and diversity in the process of production, distribution and consumption of goods and cultural services. In the present article, development of EC and its relations with order in society have been studied through a comparative method between the top 10 advanced countries and the top 10 developed countries in EC and Iran. The results indicate that the more order in society, the more the increase of in said society. The correlation between order in society and the development of EC was r = 0.72, and 0.52 of the changes of EC is explained by order in society. In simultaneous explanation, changes of EC, and economic and cultural capital have the greatest potential for explanation. The Probability Interval Method showed that if Iran reaches a growth rate of 1.84 in economic capital, 4 in cultural capital, 1.6 in social capital and 1.64 in political capital, it will reach an EC in 2030 similar to that of advanced countries.

Rent is mainly an economic subject studied by economists. However. it may be interesting for political economists as for its impacts on interactions between government and society and its damaging effects on domestic economy and government's separation and non-reliance on its own society. Calling political rent. the article is to analyze its impacts on the Islamic revolutionary ideals and to find a mechanism to be taken by the I. R. of Iran to clear the destructive effects of this phenomenon on its political area and help its essential ideals to become real. The article is analytically and descriptively investigating the process in the past three decades and tries discussing the cause and effects of political rent based on the approaches of the leader and founder of the Islamic revolution. The author's hypothesis is that prediction of some short-time and long-time requirements in the normative fields of the dominant system, political culture and politico-legal structures may help us eliminate political rent from tht society and promote the revolutionary ideals.

The history of environment of sustainable development studies are not so long, e.g. the first international congress on the subject was held at Stochkolm at 1972 and in its final communicate the subject of urban development was mentioned at three cases: the first priority should be given to maintenance and quality development; the second priority should go to human safety; and finally the rational usage of the environmental sourses should be considered.
