Considering the close relationship between social policy making and political field, it’s attempted to analyze forming of social policies related to social harms during the revolution as a turning point in political developments with a view to Foucault's theory of governance. In order to objectify the methodological steps, thematic analyses were used. Also in order to answer the research questions, the required data were used as non-reactive criteria and theoretical sampling method was used to select the samples. According to the prevailing social and political conditions, a revolutionary discourse that elaborates on the synchronization of moments of guilt / crime / harm, the dominance of the legal approach and judicial intervention, moral cleansing, protectionist policy-making and coping with disability. It made sense to dominate the sphere of social harm policy-making at the beginning of the revolution. In the discourse of this period, the social dimension of social harm policy-making in favor of the legal dimension was less considered. But the point to consider during the hegemony of policies was their social acceptance. It is necessary to pay serious attention to the issue of social acceptance, because social acceptance of any policy guarantees the success of that policy.

Modesty has always been considered a cultural value in Iranian society although it is widely used, it has long been an important part of the ideal femininity of Iranian society. In addition to culture, modesty is emphasized in formal religious discourse and it is closely related to hijab and some female behaviors. Such an approach has led to the mentality that modesty has disappeared from society by reducing the desire of women to the desired formal patterns of hijab in recent years. But today, modesty is an important and living trait and we may talk about changing the meaning of modesty. In this study, following the discovery of the meaning of modesty in Iranian women and their perception of this category, by adopting a phenomenological approach and using the method of thematic analysis, in-depth semi-structured interviews with 20 women aged 18-35 years to provide a formulation of meanings. Medical education is a field consisting of complex power relationships, whose determining forces exert power inside and outside this field. Imbalance between forces leads to unusual social constructions, especially in medical professionalism. The purpose of this research is to discover and analyze the issue of medical education in Iran. In the framework of a critical study at the national level, a semi-structured interview with medical students and related administrators was conducted with 29 participants, and the data analyzed with critical content analysis. The study showed that the quality of medical education includes a profound change of attitude towards medical ideals which leads to the formation of a feeling of alienation among medical students. Educational guidelines facilitate the process of proletarianization of the student in the clinical field. The themes analyzed in this research include being exploited, alienation, and deprofessionalization. Immediate reforms in the curriculum, creation of diversity in the general medical course in accordance with the needs of the society, creation of appropriateness between the labor market and the development of specialized courses, and reform in the payment system for medical students are suggested. In a deeper layer, identifying the power mechanisms related to the mentioned situation is a research matter and a policy-making strategy which are suggested.

This article investigates that in what discourse the social issues of the border dwellers do not become problematic. We have chosen the theory of Orientalism (internal) in order to explain the non-problematization of social issues. According to this theory, the general approach of the center is alienation in the peripheral (border) areas, and by creating dualities (linguistic, ethnic and religious), it attempts to securitization of space and implement the policy of assimilation. The general research method is the historical-documentary method. The analysis of media representation shows that out of 781 search items (from 2000 to 2021), the most news about the economic field with 456 news (58%), followed by the security field with 283 news (36%) and then the social and cultural issues of the border dwellers are only 28 news (3.5%), which is an indication of the non-existence of the social issues of the border dwellers. According to the findings, the most prominent social issues of the border areas are massive migrations, the existence of multidimensional poverty, high illiteracy rate, educational situation and inappropriate health treatment situation. The main issue in the current policies is, first, the approach of alienation, and at a lower level, the emphasis is on economic factors and solutions. Economic solutions have not been successful due to weak laws and implementation defects. The suggestion of this research is to adopt a pluralistic approach and simultaneously pay attention to the internal capabilities of bordering regions, villages and cities, such as paying attention to the agricultural economy, expanding welfare services (educational and health), expanding the individual capabilities of people and paying attention to the social development of these areas.

However, in this short period of time, it has left very significant social, economic, political and even cultural impacts on all communities that affected by this disease. In this paper, it is tried to analyze the effect of corona disease on the religion in Iran, through qualitative and participatory observation method. Trend analysis of the corona's prevalence and observation of the actions of social agents showed that this disease has had significant effects on the socio-religious actions of agents, the political legitimacy of the government and cultural changes in the field of religion. According to strong interconnectedness of religion and politics in Iran, it can be said that the physiological and medical challenge of Covid 19 has led to a political-religious challenge for the government. Also despite the lack of security conditions based on the vital emergency, visible changes are taking place in the process of changing from religious beliefs to customary values.
