Accordingly, in the present study, in-depth qualitative interviews were conducted with 18 women who had a history of conviction and imprisonment. Samples are purposefully selected. All interviewees are selected from those who have served at least 3 and at most 5 years in prison. The analysis of the interviews showed that the women interviewed during their lives with various factors such as: incoherence and disintegration of the family, living in the family of the offender and criminal, cooperation with the spouses of the offender, disordered family, lack of jobs and income Lack of expertise and education, living in crime-prone areas, addiction and drug use, associating with bad people and other such factors have been faced that have provided the necessary grounds for women to commit crimes. In addition, studies have shown that abuse, drug use, family turmoil, parenting practices, childhood violence and abuse, etc. in the family can be effective in creating the context for crime in women.
