The notion of ‘Discourse’ is among key concepts which have been used widely by scholars in social sciences research. Discourse analysis contains many forms which all are influenced by Michel Foucault’s theoretical considerations. One of the main approaches in discourse analysis is the Post-Structural one. Lacalu and Moufe, have formed one of the most important approaches to discourse analysis under post-structuralism. The most common criticism of their approach is that it is not methodological. In this paper, it has been tried to elaborate the methods of producing texts which demonstrate the identity of those surveyed in a post-structural discourse analysis. The main aim of this article is to argue that the post-structural discourse analysis contains both theory and method within. To do so, linkages among the theoretical concepts have been stablished to elaborate how we can use abstract notions of ‘Discourse Theory’ in order to present concrete contextual analysis. It also has been elaborated that the consequence of such analysis is a demonstration of the possibility of social changes. The current paper is a description of the methods that are most proper to reach people surveyed.

With the emphasis on social distancing, the outbreak of Corona caused social interactions within ethnic contexts to undergo changes in terms of quantity and quality. Based on this, the current research is focused on the phenomenology of the lived experience of Borujerd city speakers of social interactions after facing the outbreak of Corona. The current phenomenological research has used the Moustakas technique to analyze the data. The number of 16 samples was selected purposefully and until theoretical saturation, and the data was collected by in-depth interview method. Collaborative observation (10 field observations) was also used to collect more data. Based on the results of coding and field data analysis, the concept of "post-corona ethnic interaction" includes 8 main clusters, which are: 1)the opportunity to find human agency, 2)the socialization of interaction, 3)the continuity of ethnic members, 4 )the digitalization of interaction, 5)the scientific-rationalization of the epistemic base of interaction, 6)the purposeful interaction, 7)the hyper-digitalization of interaction, and 8)the appearance of the role of inhuman agency. In general, the threat of Corona has acted as a shock that has provided the opportunity for the members of the ethnic community of Lak to express their individuality.

One of the issues of concern to social science thinkers, especially in recent decades, has been to pay attention to the agency of women in their daily lives. So far, many researchers and writers have written about women's agency, and many and diverse policy interventions have been used to realize women's agency, depending on the type of discourses governing societies. But little research has paid attention to the issue of the agency of Transhumance women. In many cases, the image of a Transhumance woman in the mind is in accordance with common stereotypes, an image associated with the lack of the concept of agency. But this is not always the case. This article is dedicated to describing the experience of agency and power from the perspective of Transhumance women. In this direction and for a deeper understanding, analytical concepts such as agency, resistance, gender division of labor and bargaining have been used. Using thematic analysis method, in-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 17 Transhumance women of Chah Gholam Ali region in Zarand city. The findings indicate the extraction of two main categories with the title of realized agency and resistance as hidden agency, four subcategories including decision-making agency,

Minority groups are trying to define their group boundaries to maintain their identity. Time and calendar are the main means for building the identity of groups. Iranian Zoroastrians, who are the heirs of ancient Iranian religion and culture, construct their identity. Therefore, I want to understand the reconstruction of Zoroastrians' identity in contemporary Iran with an emphasis on the calendar. For this purpose, I focused on multi-sited ethnographic methods and documentary studies. Going back and forth between the findings of the field and the theories of anthropology determined that the reconstruction of identity boundaries accompanied the redefinition of their cultural elements such as ethical values and customs. According to the findings, Zoroastrians try to maintain their group boundaries by focusing on chronology and highlighting religious occasions. Also, by focusing on the Mehrgan, Sede, and Tirgan festivals, they link their identity to Iran and thus establish their link with Iranian national identity.

The aim is to understand the relationship between the sacred space and the religious experience and to examine the structural relationship between the two through the way religious experience is formed in the four religious fields of Qom. The question is, what are the differences in the religious experience patterns of activists in the sacred spaces of Qom? What are the differences in the religious experience of people in each of these fields? In this qualitative research, the data were collected through 20 semi-structured interviews and observation and were analyzed and reported using thematic analysis technique. results show that the religious experience of the activists affected by the unity of sacred structures and spaces is not the same as the religious space, and they are not simply derived from religious traditions and teachings, people find an important part of their understanding of the sacred in the sacred spaces, which are part of the social and life contexts. It is their daily life, they shape it intersubjectively and differently; Therefore, there is not one form and format of religious experience in all sacred spaces, and interactions occur in each sacred space that lead to different and special forms of religious experience

Abstract The purpose of this research was to represent the national and ethnic identity in the Nun Kho series and in selected sequences from this collection. The current research is qualitative. The statistical population of this article is Noon Kh series. According to the subject of the research, only the sequences that are somehow related to the national and ethnic identity were analyzed, and accordingly, the sequences that are not related to the subject of this research were excluded from the scope of the study. Therefore, the researcher in this research examines and analyzes the samples using purposeful sampling until the theoretical saturation is reached. For this purpose, John Fiske's semiotics method was used and based on the analysis unit of the selected sequences (nal and ethnic identity implications in this series such as Paying attention to the family, respecting their elders, paying attention to local and national symbols such as accent and dialect, clothes, music, etc. have been considered. In general, Noon Kha series represents the ideology of close family, social relations and ethnic identity and gives a natural character to the constructions of this system.

Political systems always impose demands on their educational institutions in the form of transformational documents and reform instructions . In this regard, examining the experiences related to the executive development of governments, the impact of conflicts in the political structure of the society, understanding the relations between the government-society-educational system on the development achievements of some selected countries became problematic for this research. . This work is an epistemological thing to show the deficiencies in the educational systems that are not on the path of development and to explain the political obstacles to achieving this goal. The research approach is qualitative, its method is integrated (documentary and comparative). The analytical strategy includes documentary analysis and George Brady's comparative model. Four countries are investigated (South Korea, China, Türkiye and Egypt). The results show that in terms of attention to institutional requirements in executive development and the implementation of proposed reforms for the education system, the level of this is higher in South Korea's political system than others; China has also been able to achieve success of the education system with development by applying some powerful policies; This is relatively evident with the participation of foreign actors in Türkiye., Egypt is fragile

attention has been done in a situation where a limited number of policy orders of these programs have been successfully realized. One of the reasons for the failure of development programs is lack of attention to the category of program evaluation. despite the fact that any policy without being exposed to evaluation and modification cannot be strengthened and optimized over time and will inevitably lose its effectiveness. Based on this necessity, the present article has been compiled with the aim of identifying and clarifying the evaluation indicators of policy rulings in the field of social harms in development programs. A review of the conceptual literature of policy evaluation shows that three types of evaluation can be distinguished; Pre-evaluation, process evaluation and post-evaluation. The pre-evaluation itself can be focused on the process of formulating political rulings, the formal quality of the rulings, and the quality of their content. According to the definition of social harms and the specific nature of the involvement of people in the society with it, it seems that among the triple indicators of process, form and content, paying attention to process indicators is more important in the field of policy making in the field of social harms.

Through a secondary analysis of three waves of the Iranian Values and Attitudes Survey, this article endeavors to depict the political, cultural, and economic facets of Iranian society through the lens of identity dimensions, including national, ethnic, and class identities. The findings indicate a positive attitude towards national identity among all respondents. However, when this type of identity is juxtaposed with ethnic and linguistic diversity, varying relationships emerge between the two. While the interaction between national and ethnic identities has been synergistic in most provinces, certain vectors reveal a weakening of national identity and a strengthening of ethnic identity. Moreover, monitoring the trend of social mobility as an indicator of society's economic improvement reveals a declining trend in social mobility, leading to a shrinking middle class and an expanding lower class. The combination of this identity gap (national-ethnic) with economic deprivation and inequality provides an analytical tool for understanding and explaining the social and political actions of social forces and agencies in the current Iranian society.
